How Periodic Review Works:
You can carry out reviews from two different areas:
You can review information from the Security Workbench tables (F00950) and user-defined objects (F00950W) to verify that the security granted to roles and/or users is appropriate.
You can review information about users, seeing what roles are assigned to a user and verifying that they are appropriate (P95921), knowing which users have been added, changed, or deleted, ensuring that the user ID aligns with the name full address book and confirm user status (enabled/disabled) and proxy ID are correct (P98OWSEC).
