MPL Projects: Check what we do in December 2015.


The MPL concluded several projects this month, in different segments & industries, helping their clients to improve their strategies and, like MPL, to continue to persist and innovate.

Learn a little more about those projects:


Project #1:

MPL held a JD Edwards Upgrade project from Xe Version to 9.1 in a Veterinary company, with over than 50 years of experience in this industry.

The main goal was to have a technologically upgrade of ERP, providing access to new improvements available in 9.1, and optimizing customer business process. The project scope includes Finance, Distribution and Manufacturing suites for 40 users.


Project #2:

We implemented JD Edwards Manufacturing Suite 9.0 in a company with over half a century of success, large number of clients and an excellent reputation in Brazil and abroad.

The company already uses Finance and Distribution suites, but the improvement of their environment with Manufacturing suite and new interfaces with other enterprise systems, assured an accurate control of industrial process.


Project #3:

We have been working together with a global company, with operation on five continents and worldwide clients, to provide Brazilian Unit the Localization process setup. The customer’s  environment includes all main suites: Finance, Distribution and Manufacturing.

So, we implemented Brazilian Localization, integrated with fiscal solution, and Absorption Costs functionality, complementing the upgrade to 9.1 and providing the correct information to generate tax obligations.


Project #4:

This project was conducted with a global company, leader in high-performance materials, chemicals and technology solutions for electronic and industrial enterprises surface treatment.

The main goal was the migration from JDE World A9.1 to A9.2 version, to match all the countries JD Edwards version in the same environment.

The company already used General Ledger, Accounts Receivable, Accounts Payable, Fixed Assets, Sales Management, Procurement, Inventory, Manufacturing and Quality Management, with several customizations to meet business requirements. The project was finished on time and on budget and was considered “a success case” for all users.
